We can also email you PDF order forms which can be typed into directly, printed and faxed to us.

Please note: from the 1^st October 2004, Restricted Discretionary Trusts will no longer be available. This is due to new government legislation regarding trusts and the $5 million test (for the small business CGT concessions) which generally eliminates the need to have a restricted discretionary trust. This was effected by amending S.152-30 of the ITAA 1997, contained in the Tax Laws Amendment (2004 measures No.1 Act 2004).
