Tax debt disaster thwarted

We were proud to assist an NTAA member and their client to pay a Tax Debt and avoid a disaster. The ATO were ready to take possession of a clients assets including a property to recover their debt. InterPrac worked with the tax agent and wrote to the tax office on behalf of the client to inform them that, with their cooperation, we would be able to convince a lender to lend the client the money using a property as collateral.

We estimated over six weeks to have the transaction finalised, however the tax office had their debt paid in full within three. The tax agent also received unpaid fees at settlement.

We have assisted dozens of NTAA members and their clients since the inception of this program, if you know of someone in trouble, let us know and we will see what we can do.

For clients with a number of defaults, we have a solution. We can even help them no matter how many defaults they have on their credit report as long as they pay them all out at settlement.

The lender will take a registered 1st mortgage over residential property to a maximum of $2 million dollars and a maximum loan-to-value ration of 80% (Loans over $800,000, maximum 75% LVR and loans over $1,500,000, maximum 65% LVR).

They will accept zonings of residential and rural residential and your client can borrow as an individuals, within a trust or a company as long as we receive a directors guarantee.

The loan includes all the standard loan features:

• Principal and Interest or Interest Only
• Unlimited Redraws
• Extra payments
• Splits
• Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly
• Term 30 years

The lender has even offered to step down the rate by 0.25% after 24 months satisfactory repayment history. You can't be fairer than than.
