At InterPrac, our aim is to allow NTAA members to conveniently and seamlessly offer a range of financial services to their clients without the need for specialised staff or use of their valuable time.

InterPrac understands that by operating as an extension of your practice, the service delivered to your clients is a reflection on you. This is a responsibility we take very seriously. In the same way the NTAA is committed to supporting Tax Professionals, InterPrac is committed to providing the NTAA members' clients a similar professional approach with the delivery of financial products researched and endorsed by the NTAA.

Founded in 2001, InterPrac has grown to become a leader in the Finance Industry. Our wide range of services and products enables your business to grow and expand the service it can offer to your clients.

Through our association with the NTAA  we are continually reviewing our products and services to provide members and their clients with Tax effective products

Directors and Management

The board of InterPrac is made up of four directors. The two Managing Directors work together to maintain the relationship with our many industry affiliates, partners, accountants and financial planners.

Roger Cotton (Chair) is a current board member of the Tax Practitioners Board and was the prior CEO of the National Institute of Accountants (NIA). His position on the board is wonderful for all of the stakeholders of the company as we look to develop the business forward.

Tony Jones (Non Executive) was one of the founders of the National Tax and Accountants’ Association (NTAA) and has been integral to the development and sustainability of the business.

Garry Crole (Managing Director of Sales) established the AFSL of the business and jointly manages the business with Brent Jones. His skill and entrepreneurship has allowed InterPrac to act as one of the largest independently owed licenses in the Australian financial landscape.

Brent Jones (Managing Director of Operations) is a qualified Systems Analyst and has been with the company for ten years. His direct actions and vision for the business have been a driving force and instrumental in the growth of the business.
