'The Page Cannot be Found'
Check if link has overlapped onto second line in the email.
Easy fix is to type the overlapped numbers/letters (usually 2 digits) at the end of the web address in your internet browser.
'The Page Cannot be Displayed'
- Go to the 'Tools' menu item on the top toolbar, then click on 'Internet Options';
- Click on the 'Advanced' tab at the top of the window;
- Scroll down the list until you reach the 'Security' sub-heading;
- Click in the boxes to place a tick beside both 'Use SSL 2.0' and 'Use SSL 3.0'.
Important - ensure there is no tick in the box beside 'Use TLS 1.0'.
Only One Email received by Client
1. Proposal Link Email only:
- Client has usually been sent a proposal form in the past
- If required, contact us to resend the Username & Password email.
2. Username & Password Email only:
- Transaction may not have been completed - 'Send' button not clicked OR Session timed-out are possible reasons
- Retry sending proposal form again.
Invalid Username or Password Specified
Username and password are case sensitive and must be entered in lower case only
Suggest to copy and paste the password from the original email
Commonly letter 'l' is misread as number '1' (and vice versa).
Invalid/Incorrect ABN
11 characters, needs to be entered without spaces
If no ABN, field can be left blank (must be completely empty).
Qualifications not entered
Click on the 'Add' button directly underneath the Qualification details boxes, inserts info into the Table.
